By using Mocknex you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What we provide

Mocknex provides browser-based tools for creating fictional mockups of chats, social media content, notifications and phone screens. The tools are provided free of charge, as they are, and may change over time.

2. Your content

You own what you create. You’re responsible for the text and images you add and for having the rights to use them, including any photos of people.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use mockups for fraud, impersonation, fabricated evidence, deception, harassment or fake reviews.

4. Trademarks and affiliation

Names of apps and companies appear only to describe the style of a mockup. Mocknex is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies, and all trademarks belong to their owners. Our designs are original and don’t include official logos.

5. No warranty

The tools are provided without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee they will be error-free or that mockups will match any app exactly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mocknex isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the tools or of images you create with them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
