Fake Tweet Generator for X Posts
Create an X (Twitter)-style post with display name, @handle, verified badge, text, optional image, timestamp, view count and reply, repost, like and bookmark numbers.
Tweets are quoted everywhere — in news explainers, slides, memes and classroom discussions. A tweet mockup lets you write the exact words, choose light or dark mode and get the numbers right without screenshotting a real account. Use it with fictional accounts or your own; putting invented words in a real person's mouth can be misleading or defamatory, so we don't recommend it.

- View counts are usually 20–100× the like count on viral posts.
- Keep it under 280 characters if you want it to look like a standard post.
- Turn off the status bar for a clean card to place in slides.
- Never attribute fabricated posts to real people.
Use it responsibly. Mockups are for entertainment, education, design and storytelling. Don’t present them as real conversations, don’t impersonate real people, and never use them as evidence or to deceive anyone. Read our acceptable use policy.
