ChatGPT-Style Conversation Mockup Generator
Script an AI-assistant conversation in a ChatGPT-inspired layout — grey user bubbles, full-width formatted answers and the rounded input box — for tutorials, slides and explainer videos.
Screenshots of AI chats are now a standard teaching aid: showing a good prompt next to a weak one, illustrating a workflow in a slide, or opening a video with a question. Real screenshots can expose account details or vary every time you ask. A mockup lets you write the exact exchange you want to discuss. This is an independent mockup tool. It isn't connected to, affiliated with or endorsed by the company behind the product, and nothing here shows real output from that product — you write every message.

Tips for a more convincing ChatGPT-Style Chat mockup
- Keep answers short in screenshots — two or three bullets read better than a wall of text.
- Use **bold** for the key takeaway in each answer.
- For before/after prompt comparisons, export two images with the same answer length.
- Dark mode reads well on projected slides.
- Don't present a mockup as a real AI response in news or reviews.
Use it responsibly. Mockups are for entertainment, education, design and storytelling. Don’t present them as real conversations, don’t impersonate real people, and never use them as evidence or to deceive anyone. Read our acceptable use policy.

ChatGPT-Style Chat generator FAQ
Is this connected to ChatGPT?
No. It's an independent mockup tool and doesn't use OpenAI's service. You write both sides of the conversation.
Can I format the answer?
Yes. Blank lines make paragraphs, “- ” makes bullets, “1. ” numbered lists, **text** bold and `text` inline code.
Can I remove the “Fictional mockup” line?
It's shown by default to keep the image honest. If you're using it in a clearly labelled design context you can crop it out.
Can I switch to a different assistant style?
Yes. The Style menu includes Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok-inspired layouts.
Can AI write the conversation for me?
